Can you imagine what it would be like to have a fast recovery from your implant surgery? That is a reality now here at Casas Adobes Oral & Maxillofacial with Yomi® - our surgical robot.
Robot-assisted surgery offers haptic robotic guidance to intensify the skilled implant dentistry teams’ clinical expertise and delivers minimally invasive repeatable surgical precision.
Yomi® enables our doctors to make tiny incisions to insert your implant posts. These small incisions result in less discomfort and faster healing, meaning a quick return to normal life.
We are the ONLY oral surgeons in the Tucson area to offer minimally invasive surgery utilizing robotic technology in implant surgeries.
By investing in the latest 3D digital imaging technology and implementing a digital workflow system, we can now offer greater precision during the planning and execution stages of your dental implant treatment.
When placing dental implants, we can ensure their exact position over traditional methods. Our device allows us to capture detailed digital images of your teeth, gums, and bone and facial structure, resulting in a treatment plan executed accurately, predictably, and efficiently.
This way, your smile will be exactly how it was meant to look.
Many implant specialists only use a CBCT scanner, but not many use this new technology.

Ready For Dental Implants?
Hear from some of our happy patients!
If you are looking for a qualified surgeon then look no further. Dr. Manny Ashraf and his staff are the most dedicated group of people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I had reconstructive work done on my upper teeth. Dr. Ashraf gave me that beautiful smile I once had. I am smiling and loving life thanks to him. I am so very pleased to have met such a fine group of professionals.

I want to let people who are very nervous about going to the dentist that you will do no wrong by going to Dr. Ashraf. He is the best dentist my husband and I have ever gone to. To further prove that he is great, we travel more than an hour to get the best dental care we can possibly get with relaxed feelings in the chair!
Rosemary M.
This is by far the best dental practice I've ever found. They are completely professional. The receptionists are knowledgeable of how insurance works and explain everything to you. Dr Ashraf helps you to prioritize the work that needs to be done. There is no pressure here. Every procedure is explained and they use state of the art equipment. The hygienists are awesome as well. I highly recommend this practice
Gina K.
Dr. Ashraf is always a pleasure to see, I trust his work as does my family. He is very careful and we have never had any complaints... only bright smiles. My only dismay is that as a New York City Public School Teacher, he does not accept my insurance and so going to see him cost me a lot. If that changed, I would gladly give 5 stars.

How Missing Teeth Affect Your Jaw Shape
If there isn't enough bone left, you will not be eligible for dental implants.
Patients have put off coming in... Only to later find out they were no longer eligible for dental implants because they had lost too much bone.
They told us... I would've paid any amount of money to go back in time and find out sooner!
Dental implants feel and function like natural teeth and are a great way for you to get back to smiling and eating naturally.
With whole mouth implants that replace missing teeth, we can create a whole new you in just one visit. If you are a good candidate, you may be able to go home the next day or sooner with new teeth and a beautiful smile.
Casas Adobes Oral & Maxillofacial utilizes the latest dental implant procedures and technology.

Zygomatic dental implants offer a unique approach to tooth replacement by anchoring implants in the cheekbones instead of the jawbone.
This eliminates the need for altering the jawbone and provides stable support for fixed teeth. With longer implants, zygomatic implants can accommodate replacement teeth effectively.
When performed by a skilled clinician familiar with 3D anatomies, such as Dr. John M. Schmidt, you can have that amazing smile again.
The Benefits of Zygomatic Implants:
Requires fewer surgeries
Supports secure, natural-looking teeth
Eliminates the need for bone grafting procedures
Provides reliable, long-term function
Casas Adobes Oral & Maxillofacial offers a unique alternative to All-on-4 that is lighter and thinner. The 3 on 6™ dental implants are specially designed to restore your natural eating and chewing. As the name states, six implants are installed to provide strength and stability while protecting from jawbone loss. Three natural-looking, bright, and solid Zirconium bridges are connected to the six implants with no acrylic mouthpiece. This means the bulkiness of a traditional full arch mouthpiece goes away. You can chew, smile, and speak freely. It's like having natural teeth!
Caring for your new implants is a breeze; you only need to brush and floss, that's it. No trips to the doctor to remove your arch to clean out the mouthpiece!
3 on 6™ is considered one of the best smile restoration treatments available. Come visit and learn more.

Time May Be Running Out
The longer you wait, the greater the chance of missing this opportunity.
Every procedure is different because every person is different. In order to get an accurate estimate of the costs associated with a dental implant procedure, we need to see your scans and go over your specific needs.
Implant Bridges, Zygomatic Implants and traditional implants for teeth are a premium solution to tooth loss and therefore are more of an investment than temporary solutions such as dentures, however, with maximizing insurance coverage, and payment plan options available, we work to make it an affordable option for almost anyone.
The amount your insurance will cover is based on your provider and your unique situation. Of course, we will know that once you complete the necessary exams and review everything at your consultation.
You will be fully sedated during your procedure, so there will be no pain. You won't feel a thing! After the surgery, you will have mild discomfort that can be managed with over-the-counter pain medication.
